1. Have a plan.
   You have to have an idea of what kind of program you want to start, and how you want it to turn out.
2. Then you have to have a vision. Visualize the things you need to start your program and the people that you might need to help. Make sure that the people that you are involving have the same goals as you and that they are as ambitious as you are.
3. After you have your plan and your vision, make sure that you can maintain the passion for that program. You must always have the passion for the program that you start. If you lose passion then you lose interest. Which makes it easier for your program to fail. With passion; the obstacles that come up are less intimidating.
