How to use liquid eyeliner

Isnt it hard to make that perfect line with liquid eyeliner. follow these steps and youll be okay!

Things You’ll Need:

• liquid eyeliner
• q-tips
• liquid creme makeup remover
• patienceeye shadow
• mascara

1. first apply your eyeshadow and mascara as usual. The mascara allows the eyeliner to rest on your mascara, and the eyeshadow allows it to stick.
2. put one finger on the outer corner of your eye and stretch, meanwhile with your other hand drawing the most precise line possible.
3. repeat with other eye
4. dab q-tip with creme makeup remover and slide along the line to erase any mistakes.
