Things You'll Need:

  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup cooking oil
  • 1 cup fresh chopped cranberries

    Cranberry Muffins

  1. Step 1

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. Step 2

    Lightly grease 12 muffin tins.

  3. Step 3

    Mix flour, baking powder and salt in a medium sized bowl.

  4. Step 4

    Combine together sugar, egg, milk and oil in another bowl; Mix well.

  5. Step 5

    Add mixture to flour mixture and stir until just combined.

  6. Step 6

    Gently stir in cranberries.

  7. Step 7

    Pour batter into muffin tins.

  8. Step 8

    Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown.
