Step 1
First criss cross your legs.

Lift your right leg behind you and tap it with your left hand.

reach your left hand out like grabbing something on the right of you, do the same with the left arm. Pull them in and snap.

lower your upper body as if a swan just a little, put your right roght foot to the front, tap, move it the right, tap, to the left, tap.

Step 5
SUPER MAN! put arms in front and swift it behind you as if you were gonna fly like superman.

Step 6
crank back 3 times to each side.
