But how about taking your musical knowledge to the reality show "Don't Forget the Lyrics." You have a chance to earn a million dollars, so find out the details to become a contestant on the show.

Step1

Download a form on the Don't Forget the Lyrics official website. Ask two friends who knows a lot about music would they like to act as 'supporters' for you if selected to be on the show. The form should be filled out completely, signed and dated.

Step2

Complete an application video. The producers want people that knows how to have fun and listened to every genre of music. Record a five minute video of yourself (and supporters) stating your name, age and hometown. You only have a few minutes to make the best impression of yourself so have fun and let them know why you will make a great contestant on the show. Also show off your 'talent' by singing few songs briefly.

Step3

Make sure to label the VHS tape or DVD with your name, phone number and home address. Just like a borrowed library tape, rewind it so the producers does not have to waste time rewinding your tape from the start.

Step4

Include a photo of yourself and a separate photos of each two supporters attached with the application. The photos should also include a name, address and phone numbers.

Step5

Send the completed package to the address provided.

You must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident in the United States
Before taping your audition make sure to relax, especially if you are the nervous type.
Be confident and cheerful
Be honest in your application and remember to read the Name and Likeness Release and Transfer of Rights.
Read the eligibility requirements before filling out an application.
Copy a photo of your driver's license and attach it to your application.
