Ambrosia Fruit Salad is make with fresh fruits and it is a great side dish when you want to add a little fruit to you meal. Ambrosia Fruit Salad is great for breakfast, lunch or dinner or just as an afternoon snack.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 5 oranges
  • 5 apples
  • 2 cups pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)
  • 1 lb. seedless black or red grapes
  • 2 cups shredded coconut
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 3 tbsp. sugar

    Ambrosia Fruit Salad

  1. Step 1

    Peel and slice oranges into bite-sized pieces.

  2. Step 2

    Peel and core apples. Cut into bite-sized pieces.

  3. Step 3

    Place orange, apples, pineapple (drain pineapple if using canned pineapple) and grapes into a large bowl.

  4. Step 4

    Sprinkle coconut on fruit. Toss and mix fruits.

  5. Step 5

    Stir sugar into sour cream. Mix well.

  6. Step 6

    Pour sour cream mixture over fruit. Gently toss and mix into fruit.

  7. Step 7

    Refrigerate to chill and serve.
