1. Decide what the 'keyword phrase' is that you want to return high in the internet search engines is. There are many tools - both free and paid - to achieve this but it is not rocket science. If you are a chiropractor and want people to come to your website - then you might choose 'best chiropractor (name of city)', or whatever terms you think someone searching for you as a chiropractor would type in.
2. Write an article that contains useful information about your subject. Make it interesting by using humor, or details that are immediately helpful to your target market. This article should be between 250 - 500 words. Make sure you check spelling and grammar!
3. Use your keyword phrase properly in your article. Here are some of the places your keyword phrase should be: In the title. In the first line of the article and you can 'bold' it. Make it appear as naturally as you can throughout the article. Experts say keyword phrases can make up 3-5% of the article. Have the phrase bear or at the end of the article.
4. Create a 'resource box'. This is the paragraph tacked on at the end of every article you will write - and should be on your emails as well! The purpose of this box is to provide an easy path for the reader to find whatever it is you want them to find. 5. Submit your article to article directories. Almost all directories are free. Several of the best are at ezinearticles.com and articleson.com but there are thousands. Use the best! Simply go to these sites, register and submit your article and resource. If your title and information is good- they it will get picked up and distributed - and the search engine directories will see it. Watch as the article makes it way to the top of the searches!
6. Repeat. Write another article on the same subject - or a related one. Use the same resource, but try to use the same or very similar keywords. The trick is to pick the right keywords and phrases. You should see results within weeks once you do this correctly and corresponding traffic to your site.

• Be thorough in your keyword phrase research. Make sure it is relevant to your subject, but not so common that you have too much competition.
• Make your article interesting to your readers. Write from your heart with passion and give as much value as you can.
