Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  1. Step 1

Make a square or rectangle frame from an old wire hanger.

  2. Step 2

Stretch the panty hose over the frame tightly.

  3. Step 3

Tear newspaper into 2 inch pieces.

  4. Step 4

Place a handful of torn up paper and some water in food processor.(Add food coloring for colored paper if desired)Blend until it becomes a grey blob. Add more water if necessary during the process. Leave sitting for about 2 minutes.

  5. Step 5

Fill tub or large sink with about 4 inches of water. Add about 2-3 tablespoons of glue to the water and then add the paper pulp. Mix well with hands.

  6. Step 6

Push wire frame to the bottom of the sink and lift slowly. Let the water drain out well once you have lifted out of the water.

  7. Step 7

Hang frames to dry. Preferably in sunlight. Then peel paper from frame.

  8. Step 8

Use iron to steam paper and now you are finished.
