If you have finished your movie and are ready to create a DVD, a great program to use is Adobe Encore. Once you import all your video footage into the program you need to create a timeline for each video clip.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Computer
  • Adobe Encore
  • Digitized Movie File
  1. Step 1

Open the Adobe Encore program and open the project you are working on, by going to File, Open.

  2. Step 2

Go to Timeline, and choose New Timeline. Name your timeline by going to Window, then Properties. In the Name field, type in what you want to name it.

  3. Step 3

Go back to the Project window and click on it to make it active. Select the footage you want, and drag it directly into the Timeline.

  4. Step 4

You can now view the footage in the Timeline by going to Window, and then Monitor. Click the Play arrow in the Monitor Window.

  5. Step 5

    Save your work.
