Step 1
Go to wikipedia.org and click on English.

Click on the sign in/create account link.

You should now click the "Create one" link above the sign in area.

Now fill in all the fields to sign up to Wikipedia, then click "create account." You now have an account.

Step 5
Once you have an account, you can automatically revise articles by clicking the "edit" button on the section you'd like to change or add a new section by clicking the "edit this page" at the top.
If you want to write a new article, you need to change at least 10 articles first. -
Step 6
Once you have a Wikipedia account, you can trace the history of revisions by clicking "history" at the top of the page.

If your revisions get rejected, it's always a good idea to click on the "discussion" page and ask what the problem is.
