The Winter X Games is an annual multi-sport event, held in January 24-27, 2008. The location of the Winter X Games is in Aspen/Snowmass, Colorado through 2010.    The Aspen/Snowmass Nordic Trail System is unique in North America for the link between the two towns, Aspen and Snowmass Village. There are 60 kilometers of groomed skiing in this trail system. The area has been rated one of the best family skiing in North America. Beside the Winter X Games competitions, you can participate on many other attractions and local events. Aspen and Snowmass Village are filled with trendy shops and magnificent restaurants and the snow is an inspiration for everyone this season.
2. What should you do?
   You can watch Winter X Games athletes competing; it’s an amazing show. Skiing might be one of your favorite sports and you’re in the perfect winter hot spot. You can purchase multi-day lift tickets.

   Ski or snowboard lessons may be taken and you can rent the equipment. Indoor ice skating may be an attraction at the Aspen Ice Garden, but if you prefer outdoor ice skating, you should visit the Silver Circle Ice Rink.
