  1. Step 1

    Choose which neighborhood you would like eat brunch in. A few possibilities that all have great brunch options are Cobble Hill, Carroll Gardens, Fort Greene or Park Slope.

  2. Step 2

    Plan ahead: Look online (see Resources below) for restaurant listings and descriptions.

  3. Step 3

    Find out if you can make a reservation. Some places take reservations for any sized party, some take them for 3 or more and some don't take them at all.

  4. Step 4

    On the morning of, roll out of bed, put on your most comfortable weekend clothing, and head to your chosen location. Remember to dress warmly if the weather is cold and you might have to wait outside for a table.

  5. Step 5

    Revel in your eggs and bacon or pancakes. Read the paper, or spend hours catching up with a friend. Use the time to relax. Enjoy the people watching.
