These little gems make for great gifts or just for hanging on the tree! They are beautiful and so easy to make!

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • Corsage pins (with pearls on the end)
  • hot glue gun
  • glitter
  • clear round and flat beads

Step1
On a smooth surface, squeeze out a dollop of hot glue and sprinkle the glitter on top of it as it dries. Pick the ball of glue on and set aside.
Step2
Next, arrange the rounded and flat hollow beads on 6 corsage pins as you like and place each one carefully into the glob of dried glue. 4 on the edge, and 2 on opposite ends (thus giving the 3D effect).
Step3
Tie a string or fishing line to the end of one pin and WA-LA! you have a beautiful snowflake ornament that you thought up all by yourself! Makes a great gift or decoration on gifts as well.

Tips & Warnings

  • If you stick with one pattern of beads on your pins, the snowflake will look more geometrical. Happy experimenting!
  • Be careful as you push the corsage pins into the glue!
