How to Deep Condition your Hair
Deep conditioning is part of a full hair-care routine. It opens the hair shaft and allows moisture to enter, repairing damaged or frizzy ends. A mixture of olive oil and egg restores moisture to your hair for a fraction of the cost of drugstore items. Does this Spark an idea?

Put the oil into a small microwaveable dish. Microwave the oil for a few seconds just to warm it.

Add 1 egg yolk to oil and stir.

Work the mixture into your hair, massaging your scalp and working it all the way to the ends of your hair.

Put on your shower cap and leave the mixture in your hair for about 20 minutes, then shampoo.

There are many deep conditioning formulas out there, the key to finding a good one is making sure the one you choose has high moisture content and a protein-building formula. This home treatment is a very simple one that has the core ingredients you need and will cost you pennies!
Make sure oil is not so hot that it cooks the egg!
