Things You'll Need:

  • 2 pounds of stew meat in 1" cubes
  • 1/4 cup of flour
  • 1 tablespoon of salt, 1/2 tablespoon of pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups of beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 tablespoon of paprika
  • 4 sliced carrots
  • 3 diced potatoes
  • 1 stalk of celery, diced
  1. Step 1

    Load stew meat into slow cooker and coat with mix of flour, salt and pepper.

  2. Step 2

    Add remaining ingredients and stir to mix.

  3. Step 3

    Cover and cook on low for 10-12 hours or on high for 4-6 hours. The slow cooker does the rest of the work. Your preparation time for this is approximately 30 minutes.

  4. Step 4

    Stir well and serve with warm rolls.
