Great Brownie Recipe - Banana fudge brownies your kids and family will love. Easy recipe for cooking banana fudge brownies. Enjoy making these brownies and enjoy eating the brownies as a snack anytime.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • of 8” square pan
  • Grease
  • 2 quart saucepan
  • microwave & normal oven
  • 2 T butter (¼ stick)
  • 6 oz semisweet chocolate chips
  • ¾ cup flour
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/3 cup mashed ripe banana (about 1 small)
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 ½ T cream
  1. Step 1

    Step one, to begin making your banana fudge brownies grease bottom only of 8” square pan.

  2. Step 2

    Then, In 2 quart saucepan, melt butter and chocolate chips or melt in the microwave just until melted. Remove from heat.

  3. Step 3

    With spoon, beat in flour, sugar, walnuts, banana, vanilla, baking powder,
    salt, and egg.

  4. Step 4

    Pour batter into pan, spreading evenly. Bake @ 350* for 25 to 30 minutes.

  5. Step 5

    Watch the banana fudge brownies carefully not to overbake.

  6. Step 6

    In the microwave, melt the 1/3 c. chocolate chips with the cream, stirring well. Pour over brownies as soon as you remove them from the oven.

  7. Step 7

    To finish making the brownies let them cool completely. Then, cut the brownies into squares.

    Yield: approximately 16 brownies
