Make personalized note cards that are incredibly easy and impossibly cute!

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Paper, some plain and some patterned, have fun picking it out!
  • Stickers, a variety but with a theme
  • scissors
  • 3D add ons
  • glue
  • Stamps
  • Pens
  1. Step 1

For the base of your note card, choose a plain piece of craft paper. You'll want it to be of heavier stock than printer paper. Fold and/or cut this into any size you would like your card to be. I like to make mine square for purely personal aesthetic reasons.

  2. Step 2

Write your message on the inside of the card. Once you start applying things to the outside, it can become a bear to write neatly on the inside, so it's best to do this beforehand!

Cut different shapes out of the patterned paper that you can layer or put side-by-side. The best way to make the patterned paper look good together is for there to be either a common color/color palette or a common theme like Valentine's Day. If you keep the shape of the pieces of paper the same, with perhaps varying sizes, you will create a common element to the note card. This will make the card look neater and more professional and less like a five year old threw it together in art class.

Use sticker or 3D add ons to enhance the card. Again, if you keep to your established theme, then you will create a nicer and more organized looking note card.

Tips & Warnings
  • These personalized cards are quick to make. Using the same materials, you can create many individual cards for everyone on your list. And no one will get the same card! Great for offices or other such areas where everyone can compare their cards.
  • No running with those scissors!
