Step 1
Walk to the store. If you live a block or three away from the store, walk. There is no use in taking the car unless you plan on buying over 6 bags of things.

Walk to get your coffee. There is a Starbucks on every corner, it will not hurt you to walk an extra block to get your coffee.

Play some Dance Dance Revolution (DDR). Sure, you may look like an idiot while doing it, but it is a great work out.

You know you bought your kids a Wii. I know that I want a Wii. So pick up one of those remotes and play some Wii Sports. Run around and get yourself all up in a sweat. This is fun and you don't even realize that you're exercising until the next morning when you wake up sore.

Step 5
Okay, go ahead. Have sex. You can burn up to 50 calories an hour, depending on intensity. Of course, I would wait until the kids are asleep.
