- 10 tbsp. softened plain or garlic and herb-flavored cream cheese
- 10 deli ham slices
- 10 large, whole dill pickles
- Paper towels
- Knife
- Serving tray
- Toothpicks

Spread 1 tbsp. of softened plain or garlic and herb-flavored cream cheese on one side of each 10 thinly sliced pieces of deli ham. Use baked, boiled or smoked ham depending on your flavor preference.

Place 10 large, whole dill pickles on paper towels and blot them to remove excess juice.

Place a pickle in the center of each ham slice, cream cheese-side up. Roll the ham around the pickle tightly.

Cut the pickles width-wise into 1/2-inch thick slices so that the pieces resemble pinwheels.
