Things You'll Need:
- 8 oz. soft cream cheese
- 1 stick unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3/4 C. confectioner's sugar
- 3/4 C. chopped pecans
- 3/4 C. mini-size semisweet chocolate morsels
- Cinnamon-and-sugar pita chips
- Baked wheat crackers

Step 1
Combine cream cheese and butter.

Add confectioner's sugar, then cream the mixture.

Add vanilla extract and mix.

Add chocolate morsels and mix.

Shape into a ball, cover with plastic warp and refrigerate at least two hours.

One hour before serving, roll the cannoli ball in the chopped pecans.
