How to Make a Low Fat Pizza

If you are trying to lose weight but still have the craving for pizza, try this low fat, low calorie alternative. It is simple, tasty and guilt free.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 12 inch tortillas
  • Marinara
  • Fat free or 2% mozzarella
  • Fat free cooking spray
  • Large baking sheet
  • Oven
  • Vegetables (optional)
  • Fresh oregano
  1. Step 1

    Place 2 tortillas, one directly on top of the other, on a baking sheet.

  2. Step 2

    Add 4 tablespoons of marinara onto tortilla. Spread sauce evenly over entire tortilla.

  3. Step 3

    Chop enough oregano for 1/2 tablespoon. Sprinkle evenly over sauce.

  4. Step 4

    Sprinkle 1 cup of fat free or 2% mozzarella evenly onto sauce.

  5. Step 5

    Add vegetables of your choice (optional).

  6. Step 6

    Spray entire pizza with fat free cooking spray.

  7. Step 7

    Bake for 10 minutes at 425 degrees.

Tips & Warnings
  • Experiment with various toppings.
  • Edges of tortillas should be slightly brown when pizza is finished cooking.
