Getting baked on grease off of pans can really be a chore. If you do not want to scrub and scrub, or you just do not have the time there is a simpler way.
Spray the outside of your pot or pan with oven cleaner, being careful not to get it on the inside of the pot or pan.

Place the pot or pan in the plastic bag still up side down and place 2 caps of ammonia in the bag.
Step3
Tie the bag of and leave for a couple of hours.
Step4
Take the pans out of the bag and rinse off.
Tips & Warnings
There usually is no scrubbing involved. You can also use this technique on oven racks, removable stove top burner covers, and even the inside of an unheated oven.
DO NOT ever place Ammonia in an oven that is on.
DO NOT ever place plastic bag near a flame
Make sure that the area you leave the bag in has proper ventilation
