How to Make Marinated Chicken

There are a lot of ways to prepare chicken for a meal. One of the most tasty chicken dishes is marinated Chicken cooked on an open grill. This dish is great for any occasion and will compliment every side dish. Does this Spark an idea?

  • Cut up chicken
  • Soy sauce

Instructions

      Take your chicken and par boil it in a pot of water. When the chicken doesn't bleed when you stab it to lift out of the pot it is done.

      In a large cake pan place 2 cups soy, 2 cups vinegar, 2 cups Worcestershire, and mix together well. Place par boiled chicken in to the cake pan and allow the chicken to sit in the marinade for about 4 hours. Place in the refrigerator to stay cool.

      After 4 hours or when you are ready to cook the chicken on the grill, remove the chicken from the refrigerator and drain the marinade from the chicken.

      Place the chicken on a grill and cook completely. Be careful to watch chicken and flip often to prevent burning. Remove from grill when done and serve with side dishes.

Tips & Warnings

  • You can cook this chicken in the oven as well, just remove the marinade first.

  • do not leave the chicken at room temperature it can cause salmonella. Chicken needs to be kept at temperatures below 98 degrees. This helps prevent salmonella growth.
