The United States of America has its problems from time to time, but it is, by far, the greatest nation in the world. Many people from all over the world want to come here. There are ways in which you can assist in moving your family to the USA and watch them enjoy the American Dream.

Instructions

Difficulty: Challenging

Step1
Make sure the person who is looking to migrate to the United States is in good health. Have them get a complete physical prior to applying because they will be asked to provide a medical clearance from their doctor. If there are any health challenges, get them cleared up prior to applying.
Step2
Obtain the requirements from the government. This can be done via the web (www.uscis.gov). It is a simple process but with a lot of detail. Immigration will clearly and simply tell you everything you need to know and do. You do not need an attorney. If, however, you or the person looking to migrate has a background with a criminal conviction or were denied before, you may want to obtain an attorney to help facilitate the process.
Step3
If you are the sponsor, make sure you have steady employment which is verifiable for at least the past two years. Make sure you have an established verifiable residency for the past two years as well. Stability and responsibility are areas where a lot of attention is dedicated to.
Step4
Your income should show that you can support the person(s) you are trying to move to the United States. Otherwise be prepared to provide proof that they will be gainfully employed upon arrival to the USA. It is assumed that a person who comes to the United States and does not have sufficient income will have a high propensity to commit a crime to support them.
Step5
Due to the climate of terrorism today, your religious affiliation will be closely looked at. If you or the person who is looking to migrate here are Muslim, be prepared to provide a detailed explanation of your beliefs, your activities, and your associations as a Muslim. Be honest. You will not be discriminated against because of your ethnicity or religious beliefs.
