How to Write a Novel in One Month
Have you had a novel idea in your mind but can't find the time? Do you shriek in fear at the thought of taking months to put together a novel? Nanowrimo has been helping thousands of people all over the world get that novel out in the month of November. There have even been participants who have published their novel and received awards for their novel.

Sign up for Nanowrimo online. It begins every year in November.

Pull out or think about your idea for a novel. Write or make a mental outline of how you want to approach it.

Get started and don't look back. The challenge is 50,000 words starting midnight November 1st and ending midnight November 30th. Don't stop your writing or second-guess yourself. Keep the story going and just let it all out. There will be plenty of time for editing in the future.

Take advantage of the forums and support groups on the website. Also tell your family and friends about it so that they can cheer you on for support.

Tips & Warnings
If you find yourself hitting a writers block skip some time in your book and start at a new fresh place that will get you writing again.
Don't forget about using flashbacks and dialog to really beef up your word count
Write at at time where you aren't as busy, even if you have to become nocturnal
Avoid back aches and carpal tunnel syndrome by sitting upright at a desk with feet planted firmly on floor.
