How to Insert a Tampon Without Applicator

There are so many products on the market. The applicator-less tampon may seem hard to apply but they are very easy and environmentally conscious. Here are instructions on how to use them.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

1. Wash hands thoroughly. I keep sanitary hand wipes in my purse just for this.
2. Unwrap tampon from packaging.
3. Place tampon at opening of vagina.
4. Using a clean finger push upward into vagina.
5. You will feel resistance when tampon is in place. It should feel comfortable. If it feels out of place try and adjust it for your comfort.
