How to Change the Battery in a G.E. 2.4Ghz Cordless Phone

Is your phone's battery dead? Here are steps to change your battery and get your phone working in no time.

Things You'll Need:

• New battery
• 1 cotton swab

1. Remove battery cover on the back of telephone.

2. Remove old battery by lifting battery out of compartment, and gently tug on the cords that are plugging battery in.

3. Take dry cotton swab and gently dust inside of battery compartment.

4. Take new battery and plug in cords based on the color coding red and black. Gently place battery into compartment.

5. Take cover and place back over battery compartment and close. Place phone on charger for up to 14 hours.
