Coat the cooker with non-stick cooking spray. Add milk and salsa and mix well.

Stir in cubes of cream cheese, add crabmeat chopped in small to medium pieces and the green onions. Mix well.

Cover slow cooker and cook on low for 3 to four hours. Stir crab mixture every 30 minutes.

Serve with crackers or cut raw vegatables if desired.
Tips & Warnings
Be sure to stir every 30 minutes or it sticks even in a coated slow cooker.
To make crab dip for sandwiches serve on party sandwich slices, or in pita bread pockets or on English muffins wheat or white and place under broiler for a couple of minutes with shredded white cheese of your choice on top. Add raw vegetables as a side dish to the meal.
This recipe makes 10-12 servings. Double or triple it still works and tastes great.
Keep this items on hand at all times and you are always ready for guests.
If your slow cooker is Tefelon coated omit the nonstick cooking spray.
