How to relieve a tension headache

Millions of people have that nagging pain in the back of there head and there shoulders and it makes everything hard to deal with. A few tips will help relieve them.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Step1
Relax don't stress out. Lay your head back on a pillow and close your eyes focus on something happy and let the stress leave you.
Step2
Get a massage or give yourself one with a massager.
Step3
Take advil or tylenol if the headache persist.
Step4
Watch your sugar and caffine intake.
