Remember how many wonderful friends you have. Even if you only have a few. Whether you realize it or not your friends add a big part of your happiness. Make sure you tell them just how much they mean to you!

Dwell on all that is good. Don't just think of all the things you don't have. Realize how many good things you do have. There are so many people around the world who have it so much worse than you. The happiest people in the world don't have the best of everything, but make the best of everything they have!

Read biographies about people you admire. When you hear all the amazing things they have done this will encourage you and maybe give you some ideas on how to be happier!

Be interesting and friendly. If you are happy people will gravitate to you because you will make them happy. Think nice thoughts.
