How to Teach Everything

I don't care what subject you're teaching, there are a few basic steps you always have to follow.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderate
Step1
Teach with confidence. Even if you don't have a clue about what you're talking about, make a convincing case for yourself by using a strong, authoritative voice and not letting on that you're really a scared weakling.
Step2
Be kind to your students when they deserve it. You don't have to be threatening all the time.
Step3
Treat your students like you would treat any self-centered, ignorant and annoying adult. That's called mutual respect.
Step4
Admit your mistakes when called out.
Step5
Make sure your students understand what you're teaching and why. Don't just plow through lessons and ignore the ones who are falling behind. If you keep yourself updated on their progress, you'll have a better grip on your class.
Step6
Be a role model, authority figure and even a surrogate parent. Never be their friend.
