Things You'll Need:
- Chocolate Ganache find recipe in resources below
- plain butter croissants from the bakery
- slivered almonds
- confectioners or powdered sugar
- cookie sheet

Step 1
Preheat oven to 325 degrees

spread slivered almonds on cookie sheet

Step 3
Bake almonds just a few minutes. Time will vary according to the moisture content of the almonds. You will know they are done when they become fragrant and are just turning golden and toasty

Step 4
Remove from oven.

Remove from baking sheet to cool

Make Chocolate Ganache find recipe in resources below

Step 7
Drizzle warm ganache over tops of croissants

Step 8
Sprinkle tops with toasted almonds.

Step 9
Lightly press the almonds into the ganache so they stick to the croissants

Step 10
Sprinkle croissants with powdered sugar
