How to Make Hot Artichoke Dip

Try this dip at parties with roasted garlic sourdough bread from your local bakery … it’ll be a hit!!

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 large 12 or 16 oz. jar of artichoke hearts (marinated are best)
  • 2 packages or tubs of shredded Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • Medium mixing bowl
  • Glass baking pan
  • Cooking Spray

    How to Make Hot Artichoke Dip

  1. Step 1

    Spray the pan with cooking spray. Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Step 2

    Chop artichoke hearts and put them in the bowl.

  3. Step 3

    Add mayonnaise, sour cream and Worcestershire sauce to the artichokes and mix well.

  4. Step 4

    Fold the Parmesan cheese into the mixture, making sure the cheese is spread throughout.

  5. Step 5

    Pour the mixture into the glass pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

  6. Step 6

    Pull the dip out, add extra Parmesan on top and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, until the top is golden brown.

Tips & Warnings
  • You can add a few dashes of salt and pepper to your taste if you did not use marinated artichoke hearts.
  • You can mix during baking, to spread the cheese and melt it more evenly throughout the dip.
  • Serve in the glass pan or put into a sourdough bread bowl and garnish with fresh parsley
