Things You'll Need:

  • Lowfat (or nonfat) yogurt
  • Strawberries and/or blueberries
  • Crunchy lowfat granola cereal
  • Splenda or another sugar substitute
  • Bowl + spoon
  1. Step 1

    Pour some creamy lowfat yogurt into a bowl, preferably French vanilla or plain vanilla flavor.

  2. Step 2

    Next, slice some strawberries and sprinkle them on top of the yogurt. Add some blueberries for added flavor and color.

  3. Step 3

    Pour some crunchy granola cereal over the berry-filled bowl.

  4. Step 4

    Lightly sprinkle a packet of no-calorie sugar substitute over your parfait.

on 4/20/2009 I tried making this for my children to take and eat for lunch at school and it spoiled by the time the got around to it. I also had one in the fridge for me, but when I got to it, it had spoiled as well. Is there a way to keep this from happening? Am I doing something wrong?
