In a large resealable plastic bag, combine lime juice, soy sauce, garlic and honey. Add pork chops and seal bag. Marinate overnight.

Heat the grill pan. Brush on olive oil on the grill pan to prevent sticking. Add pork chops over medium heat until juices run clear. Cooking time would be 6-7 minutes on each side.

To make the sauce, combine chicken broth, garlic, browning sauce and pepper in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil. Combine cornstarch and water until smooth; stir into broth mixture. Return to boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until sauce thickens.
Step4
Pour sauce over pork chops and serve with steamed white rice or baked potato.
Tips & Warnings
Serve with grilled vegetables like asparagus or green beans.
Some people prefer fried pork chops; use olive oil or any cooking oil without trans fat for a healthier way to fry.
Do not use high heat and never leave unattended, pork burns faster if not properly watched.
