Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Things You’ll Need:
Step1
Use old pantyhose in place of twine for tying up bundles of newspaper or magazines.
Step2
Old pantyhose can be used to store onions or potatoes. Put the onions or potatoes inside the legs of the pantyhose and tie the other end to a hook or nail to keep cool air circulating around them and make them last longer.
Step3
Recycle old pantyhose by using them to wash fish tank gravel. Put the gravel inside of the pantyhose and run under hot or boiling water.
Step4
Use old pantyhose to tie up plants to stakes in the garden.
Step5
Put pieces of soap that are too small to use in the shower in an old pair of pantyhose. Tie the pantyhose to the faucet on your slop sink or out by the garden hose for easy wash up.
Step6
Keep rolls of wrapping paper inside of old pantyhose legs to keep from unrolling and getting wrinkled!

on 1/26/2008 Hey thought of another one. I used an old pair the other day. I filled them up with oatmeal and hung it over the tub faucet to make a healing bath for my son who had a rash. It was gone in no time flat.

on 12/9/2007 I guess those pair had a whole bunch of life left in them. They can also be used as mesh to patch holes in walls mixed with spackle.
