Things You'll Need:
- 1 large can of sweet potatoes
- 2 cup of sugar
- 2 cup of brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 sticks of butter
- 1 tbsp. vanilla
- ginger
- 1 cup flour

Step 1
Combine drained sweet potatoes, eggs, 1 cup of sugar, 1 cup of brown sugar, 1 stick of butter, vanilla, and a dash of ginger into a mixing bowl and blend well, making sure potatoes are mashed. (Remaining sugar, brown sugar, flour and butter stick are used for topping).

Step 2
In a separate bowl, add remaining sugar, brown sugar, flour and butter stick. Do not completely blend these, but use a fork and mix them until they are crumbling. This is your topping.

Add first mixture to a buttered baking dish. 8x11 is best. Sprinkle on the topping.

Bake at 325 degrees F for 30 minutes.
