Things You'll Need:

  • Waxing hair removal kit
  • Tweezers
  • Depilatory cream
  • Razor
  • Shaving cream
  1. Step 1

Use waxing as your preferred hair removal product for men if you need to remove large areas of hair and prolong the amount of time it takes to come back in. You can either purchase a waxing kit, which contains wax, strips of cloth and an applicator, or you can visit a professional, which might be more practical if you're trying to remove back hair. Just be prepared for the pain that occurs when those cloth strips are yanked away.

  2. Step 2

Pluck unwanted hair with a pair of precision tweezers. This may be the most effective way to remove hair from delicate areas such as noses, ears and eyebrows. Remember to use a pair of tweezers with a pointed or slanted tip, which will not only increase your plucking accuracy, but reduce the chances of creating ingrown hairs.

  3. Step 3

Choose a depilatory cream or gel for hair removal, which may provide the quickest way to remove large amounts of hair on your back, legs and chest. A depilatory cream is simply applied to the skin, and then washed off in the shower a few minutes later. Care must be taken, however, not to leave the cream on too long, since it can burn your skin.

  4. Step 4

Pick an electric nose trimmer as one of the safest and most effective hair removal products for men when it comes to ear and nose hair. A well-designed electric trimmer will reduce the chance of ingrown hairs, as well as some of the other skin irritations that may be occur when your try to pluck or wax these hairs.

  5. Step 5

Remove unwanted body hair the old-fashioned way with shaving cream and a razor. In conjunction with an electric beard trimmer, this may be the easiest way to remove pubic hair and chest hair.

Tips & Warnings
  • Never use a depilatory cream to remove facial hair, especially nose and ear hair. Most depilatory creams have strong fumes that can make you feel dizzy and nauseous, and even damage or burn sensitive areas on your face.
