Choose the podcast that you want to listen to, whether it be a music concert recording, a video, a panel discussion or an interview with an industry giant, such as David Byrne or Pete Townshend.
-
Step 3
Sort your options by type to narrow down your podcast search results. If you know you only want to listen to music podcasts, you can opt to filter all results by those involving musicians or concerts.
-
Step 1
Visit the SXSW home page to find out about upcoming festivals, news links and featured podcasts. Listen to feeds from festivals you may never consider, such as the video gaming event.
-
Step 2
Sign up on the SXSW website to be on mailing list that will alert you to the talent booked for upcoming festivals. You can also receive music industry headlines via email.
-
Step 3
Submit a film or a music demo. You'll find submission guidelines under the "Participate" link on SXSW's home page. SXSW is constantly looking to showcase new talent. In fact, that is precisely why this company banded together and chose Austin as a base for its entertainment industry experiments and conventions.
