Step1
1 cup grits
1 tsp. salt
4 cups water
1 stick butter
¼ lb. Velveeta cheese
¼ lb. sharp cheese
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1/3 cup milk
Step2
Cook grits in salted water until done.
Step3
Add butter, cheese, eggs and milk. Stir until melted and smooth.
Step4
Place in 1 ½ quart casserole dish and bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees F.
