All of us have started exercise programs with great intentions and then in a few weeks have dropped them. Sticking with boring old exercise routines is hard to do. Here are a few simple tips to keep exercising!
Try to find a workout partner. A partner will keep you going even when you are not motivated! Two is always better than one.

Keep an activity journal. Try new things and keep your muscles guessing! A journal will remind you of activities you liked and you will be more apt to do them again.

Start with little changes in your daily routine. Walk at lunch or after dinner. Starting slow is the best way to maintain an exercise regiment because you are not sore in the morning--that will keep you motivated.
Step4
Hire a trainer for one or two times. The trainer will push you hard and can give you new ideas or how to isolate the areas you need. The YMCA often has trainers at their facility or check with any gym. It really isn't that expensive.
