Things You'll Need:

• Blackberry 8800 or 8830

1. From your Blackberry "home" screen find and click on the "options" icon.

2. Choose "security options"

3. Choose "general settings"

4. Click on your Menu key on your keyboard. It is the button with the dots on it. This will bring up a menu within the "general settings" screen.

5. Choose "wipe handheld".

Tips & Warnings

• This will erase any data and extra applications on the device. Be sure that you are not concerned about data loss before going through with this.
