Things You'll Need:
- 1 box (32 oz.) Cheddar Cheese
- 1 jar (30 fl. oz.) Reduced fat mayonnaise dressing
- 2 red bell peppers (diced) or buy ready-to-use in a jar
- grater
- mixing bowl
- spatula
- crackers or breads

Step 1
Diced red bell pepper.Wash a couple of red bell peppers, remove seeds and then dice. Set aside.

Step 2
Grate cheese.Grate cheddar cheese and place in a mixing bowl.

Step 3
Mix all ingredients together.Mix in with the grated cheese the diced peppers and mayonnaise until fluffy.

Step 4
Crackers spread with cheese pimiento.Spread on crackers or sandwich and then serve. Put the rest in an empty jar and refrigerate.
