Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Step1
Make a list. Write down everything you do from the time you wake up in the morning until the time you go to bed. You'd be surprised as to how much time you actually have during the day.
Step2
Get a daily planner. Make an appointment with yourself to exercise. Treat it just like you would an important meeting.
Step3
Learn to say no. If you constantly find your time being filled with things that aren't your responsibility, quit doing it. Make time for yourself first and then make time to help others.
Step4
Wake up earlier. Get 30 minutes of workout in before you start your day. Once it's done, you can tackle other things.
Step5
Cut your lunch hour in half. Not an early riser? Use 30 minutes for eating and the other 30 for a quick walk.
Step6
Make family time, exercise time. Instead of staying in with the family every night, get out and do something that requires movement. Bowling, swimming and bike riding are great ways to get exercise while having fun.
