Ever wanted to be able to quickly find out about a pending insurance claim, deductible amounts or other insurance information without having to make time consuming phone calls? Well, you can. In fact, all you need to do is register for online access to your BlueCross BlueShield Insurance information. Although the following steps walk you through the BlueCross BlueShield of Florida web site, other BCBS state web sites are similar. Just go to: http://bcbs.com to find your state web site.

Things You’ll Need:

• BlueCross BlueShield Insurance Policy
• Member or Contract Number

1. BCBS Registration. Open your web browser and go to: http://www.bsbsfl.com/MyBlueService.
   
   Under "New User", click on "Register", as shown.
2. Register. This is a secure registration site.
   
   Under "New User Registration", enter your Social Security Number, Date of Birth and Verification Code. Then, at the bottom, click on "Continue".
   
   Continue and complete your New User Registration.
3. Log In. Once you've successfully completed your registration, you'll automatically be logged in and you can start to manage your MyBlueService account online.
4. View Claims. To access pending and completed claims, point to "My Coverage" and scroll down to select "View Claims", as shown.
   
   Continue to use the MyBlueService main menu tab to access other Coverage and Account information.
   
   That's it! Pretty easy, huh?
