How to Find Free Entertainment in Las Vegas
Though the city is known for luxury, gambling and big spending, a vacation in Las Vegas does not have to be expensive. The city is filled with free entertainment. Some of the free activities are actually among the area's largest attractions. These free attractions include shows, museums and tours. Guests of all ages can find free activities, and there are enough free attractions to fill up your vacation.

Go casino hopping; each casino has a special theme. The Mirage Casino has a volcano that explodes every hour after dusk, and the Bellagio Casino has a dancing water show. You can also see choreographed shows at the Rio and at the Treasure Island Casino.

Visit the area's aquariums. Silverton Salt Water Aquarium is the largest aquarium in Las Vegas and has been named the best free attraction in the area. You can also visit the Coral Reef Aquarium and Caesars Palace Aquarium for free.

Take a tour of the Ethel M Chocolate Factory. When you visit this factory, you will be able to see how the chocolate is made and taste samples of the candy.

Visit the museums in the area. The Neon Museum is an open-air museum; the Marjorie Barrick Museum focuses on the history of the west.

Walk down the Las Vegas Strip. Many of the free attractions can be found in this area, and street performers can also be found here.
