• Windows Live Messenger
• A friend or relative with the same program

1. Sign into your Windows Live Messenger.
2. On the top right of the tool bar there is a menu. Click it.
3. Pull your cursor down to actions. This will pull up another menu.
4. From this menu, select video and then start a video call. Wait for your person to answer and chat away.
