2. Make the dress or suit a festive color or plain black.
3. A black dress is perfect for any woman. You just have to add a pop of color with your shoes and jewlery.
4. Find a pair of shoes that will stand out such as a pair of red heels. Find some jewlery that will go with the shoes.
