As the seasons change, many of us find it difficult to avoid the watery eyes, sneezing and other allergy symptoms. These simple tips will help you avoid triggering your allergies!

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Step1
On windy, humid and rainy days, try to stay inside as much as possible.
Step2
Ask someone else to rake the leaves because its a surefire way to stir up molds and pollen.
Step3
Outdoor pollen counts are highest in the late morning and early afternoon, so limit your time outside during those hours.
Step4
Don't hang your clothes outside to dry. Outdoor linen lines make it easy for pollen and molds to collect in the fabric, making your allergies worse.
Step5
Mowing lawns also stirs up pollen and molds, so get someone else to do the yard work.
