A beautiful summer dessert that is the perfect ending for any meal, especially one with a Pacific islands theme.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 4 whole pineapples
  • 1 quart orange sherbet
  • 4 bananas, sliced
  1. Step 1

    Cut pineapples in half lengthwise, forming two boats out of each one.

  2. Step 2

    Scoop out pineapple and cut into bite-sized chunks.

  3. Step 3

    Place two scoops of orange sherbet in each pineapple boat and surround with pineapple chunks and bananas. You can also add blueberries or strawberries for color. Serve immediately.
